We are currently recruiting for a creative, driven, and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to lead and deliver engaging marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. You will be responsible for strengthening brand presence, creating compelling content, managing digital platforms, and supporting business growth through innovative and data-driven marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand identity.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, and social platforms.
- Create and optimise paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media), tracking performance.
- Develop engaging, on-brand content including blogs, articles, case studies, graphics, videos, newsletters, and press materials.
- Manage and grow social media presence through content planning, scheduling, engagement, and performance analysis.
- Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and client communications.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, website analytics, and social media metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Support client engagement initiatives including newsletters, surveys, and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing aligns with overall business objectives.
About You
- Creative storyteller with a passion for marketing and design
- Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong interest in digital marketing trends and tools
- Proficient in platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar
- Confident managing social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Experience with video editing or photography is a bonus
